SO WATERY The works of Barbara Ernst Prey, featured in the exhibit “Works on Water,” include controlled scenes in watercolors from her home in Maine.  Through Friday, December 1, Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Water Street Gallery at Seaman’s Church Institute, 241 Water St., between Peck Slip and Beekman Street, 212-349-9550, free.
